Upon receiving the Notice as specified below, we will undertake any action, at our discretion, which we believe is suitable, including the removal of the disputed content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you assert has been infringed, or if this Notice pertains to multiple copyrighted works, you may include a representative list of the works claiming infringement.
2. Identify the material or link that you believe is infringing (or involved in infringing activity) and that access to which should be disabled, including, if applicable, the URL shown on the Site or the exact location of such material.
3. Provide your affiliation (if relevant), postal address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
4. Include the following statements in the body of the Notice:
* "I hereby declare that I have a genuine belief that the contested use of the copyrighted material is not permitted by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law (e.g., as fair use)."
* "I hereby declare that the information contained in this Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, or possess an exclusive right under the copyright that is claimed to be infringed."
5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that as per Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing can be held liable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content which was removed (or to which access was disabled) does not infringe, or that you are authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or by law, to use the content, you may send a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that has been taken down or to which access was restricted and the location of that content before it was removed or disabled;
3. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement indicating that you will accept service of process from the individual who notified about the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complainant, informing them that we could restore the removed content or stop disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days or more after receiving the counter-notice, at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In alignment with the DMCA and applicable law, we have implemented a policy to terminate, in certain situations and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right, at our discretion, to restrict access to the Site and/or suspend the accounts of users who violate any intellectual property rights, whether or not it involves repeat infringement.
